For those in monthly coaching, I send a Next Steps PDF after each call. This document breaks down new tasks into weekly, manageable steps. While I do expect a lot from my clients (because commitment to doing the work is essential for the healing process) I support you at every stage to help you achieve your goals.

Not sure where to start? Or, maybe you've already done testing and have data, but you’re not sure what to do with it? This is where we begin. I do an extensive review of your prior labs, genetics, history, and symptoms, then build you a 7+ page customized roadmap to healing — specific to you or your child and genetics. This is not a generic protocol and takes me many hours to complete.

Once your Case Review is complete, most clients — especially those with sensitive, complex chronic cases — continue with monthly coaching to keep the momentum going. I expect a lot from my clients (it's part of why they get results) but in return, I'm with you every step of the way, making sure the protocol is actually working for you or your child.

  • Biweekly-monthly check-ins by phone or Zoom

  • Unlimited ongoing email follow-up between calls

  • Personalized video recordings for additional lab reviews or troubleshooting as needed

  • Next Steps PDF after each call — week-by-week, manageable steps (because I know you're already juggling a lot)

  • You're not left to troubleshoot on your own between appointments. Monthly coaching keeps us in close contact as we work through your protocol together.
